This introductory parkour class is tailored for kids ages 5-10yrs. Running, jumping, climbing, rolling & quadrapedaling, this class teaches the necessary beginner and fundamental skills in a guided, structured and supportive environment! This class serves to both introduce- and to reinforce- basic parkour skills!
We work on spatial awareness, body control, overcoming obstacles, staying safe in the gym, basic listening / following directions skills, and growth in social settings. Basic introduction to rolls, handstands, balance, coordination- and especially various vault styles.
